The Institute of Psychology & Wellbeing has joined forces with Cognacity Performance (London), which is one of the UK’s leading providers of corporate resilience & performance services.

In line with the work designed, developed and delivered by Cognacity, all the IPW workshop facilitators are trained medical professionals (psychiatrists and psychologists) and have extensive experience in optimising human performance, health and wellbeing.

We work with business executives, front line staff and sportspeople to improve performance under pressure and build capacity to cope with setbacks.

Our objective is always to deliver measurable benefits in areas such as performance, productivity, wellbeing, engagement, retention and reduced absenteeism.

Resillience:Performing under Pressure

The aim of this workshop will be to develop a detailed plan which helps participants to sustain behavioural change and help them to identify and restructure mental barriers to change.  In terms of performance behaviours, participants will consider critical performance behaviours in areas such as communication, judgment and decision making and problem solving.

 
   Pyschology of Habit
  
The aim of this workshop will be to gain insight and to develop a plan which will help participants to identify unhealthy habits and potential ways to change these. We will look especially at instigating healthier and better performance behaviours, as well as recovery behaviours.
 
  Sustaining Performance
 
The aim of this workshop will be to develop a detailed plan which helps participants to sustain behavioural change and help them to identify and restructure mental barriers to change.  In terms of performance behaviours, participants will consider critical performance behaviours in areas such as communication, judgment and decision making and problem solving.
