Dr Monique de Klerk is a HPCSA registered Counselling Psychologist at the Centre for Health & Human Performance: Psychology & Wellbeing. She is part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team of professionals who delivers various services, including psychotherapy sessions and psychometric evaluations, coaching sessions to parents and corporate parties, webinars, and training. Dr Monique de Klerk also serves as the internship coordinator for interns and project coordinator of a short learning program focused on building knowledge and skills in practice. She recently obtained her Doctoral studies in Psychology on crises containment with the aim of empowering individuals to handle various crises. Crisis containment and trauma focused work serves as a great interest to her, along with following a Schema Therapy approach.
