- Negative attitude towards women and adolescence seeking Choice of Termination of Pregnancy
- Women opting for illegal abortions and being admitted with complications
- Home deliveries, late ante natal booking, post-natal complications
- Poor maternal and newborn outcomes in the primary health facilities
- High defaulter rate of ARVs for people leaving with HIV/AIDS & TB
RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
- Develop guidelines to improve access to CTOP services of women and adolescence in the rural health facilities
- To develop strategies to improve access to ARVs for people living with HIV/AIDS& TB in rural communities.
- To develop conceptual framework to strengthen access to maternal healthcare services.
