Pharmacen, Pharmacy, Pharmacology

I completed my BPharm studies in 1983 at the former Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education and is registered as a pharmacist and tutor at the South African Pharmacy Council since 1987. I have been involved in several leadership and managerial capacities, served on university committees, educational forums and acted as moderator, external examiner for several undergraduate and postgraduate modules in pharmacology as well as supervisor for postgraduate students. My research focus is preclinical neuroscience with special interest in rodent models of major depressive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
