Break a sweat and show aging who is boss! Our Senior High Intensity Interval Training (SHIIT) Class is a fitness program designed exclusively for senior members who want to stay active, build strength, and have a blast while doing it.

SWEAT LIKE A MOTHER

A FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT CLASS FOR MOMS

A group-based functional training class designed for moms, guided by a Biokineticist. Sessions focus on strength, mobility, and endurance to support the physical demands of motherhood.
