• Improve our environmental performance by engaging in safe disposal of chemical and pharmaceutical waste according to national environmental protection legislation.
• Provide the stakeholder (North-West University) with sustainable income and goodwill.
• Conform to South African Health Product Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) – cGMP and WHO – GMP regulations and guidelines.
• Conform to the Accreditation Act (Act 19 of 2006), ISO 17025:2017, SANAS and other relevant quality standards, technical documentation and regulations.
• Maintain ISO 17025 accreditation for techniques/methods as listed under point 5.
• Maintain the positive resolution of the local South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), recommending the RIIP®/CENQAM® as a third-party laboratory for testing of medicine in respect of quality.
