My research focuses on advancing cardiovascular health equity in resource-constrained settings through community-based epidemiology. I investigate why some groups face a higher burden of cardiovascular disease, and explore which prevention strategies work best, for whom, and under which circumstances. By developing scalable and community-driven frameworks, my work seeks to turn evidence into practical action that reduces health disparities and promotes fairness in heart health.
