The group’s vision is to be the leaders in developing scholars in Nutrition in Africa. Our research approach “from molecules to society” enables us to contribute on all levels of nutrition-related health outcomes.

In recent times, the role of vitamin D in enhancing immune function has gained substantial research interest.
