Submission and Payment Process

When you press “submit” below, your registration information will be captured.
You will receive an e-mail from Cynthia.Dabhelia@nwu.ac.za with an invoice and a generated invoice number
Please use the generated reference number on the invoice to make payment to the banking details provided (it will be NWU Diverse, ABSA *****2313 – please don’t make ANY deposits without using the correct reference on the invoice that you will receive)
Please send the Proof of Payment showing the correct reference number to Cynthia.Dabhelia@nwu.ac.za

Once we received Proof of Payment, you will receive your unique username and password for access to the online platform, which will be available already for navigation and interaction with colleagues 2 weeks before the conference.
