This year, the conference will be hosted on the interactive WHOVA Conference Platform.
This interactive platform allows attendees to create and build their Conference Profile to increase visibility and to enable lively interaction with fellow attendees.
You can Download the Whova Mobile App or Access It From the Web Platform on Desktop: Some of the functionalities include:
- View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule
- Access live streaming directly within sessions and utilize the session Q&A to ask questions
- Set up in-person/virtual meet-ups with other attendees to connect and network
- Create and converse through various Discussion Topics in the Community Board
- Receive updates such as last minute session changes from the organizers
Upon finalised and fully paid-up registration, each attendee’s e-mail address provided at registration, is added to the SASBCP WHOVA Event. When your e-mail has been added by the Conference Organisers, you will receive an e-mail sending you all the information you need to access the event.
If you missed the e-mail, you can access the event by one of 2 ways:
- Via Mobile Phone App
- Please download the WHOVA app from the app store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whova.event&hl=en_ZA&gl=US or https://apps.apple.com/us/app/whova-event-conference-app/id716979741
- Sign in by making use of the e-mail address that you provided for the SASBCP Conference Registration. You can choose any password, the password is for your own use.
- By virtue of your e-mail address, when you sign in, the SASBCP Conference can be found under “My Events
- Via Desktop Web App
- Access the Web App at the following link: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/sapc1_202210/
- Sign in by making use of the e-mail address that you provided for the SASBCP Conference Registration. You can choose any password, the password is for your own use.
- You should now be signed in under the names you registered with for the Conference and the SASBCP 2022 Online Conference Platform will be visible to you.
Attendees can expect e-mails directly from WHOVA under the name “Whova Team” in their inboxes. This is not spam. Kindly download the WHOVA app in your cell phone and/or computer to enjoy the full conference functionality.
