Background
Lesetja Legoabe is a researcher in the Centre of Excellence for Pharmaceutical Sciences at the NWU. He is currently interested in the design of novel anilide and chromone derivatives as inhibitors of the enzyme monoamine oxidase B. He was previously involved with the design and synthesis of prodrugs for transdermal delivery. He has supervised postgraduste students and was authro co-author of several papers in peer-reviewed journals.
