Background
I have been involved with semi-professional and professional rugby for over a decade. I acted as the Strength & Conditioning expert for numerous teams including teams from u19 to Senior level. My main responsibilities comprised of all performance related components on and off field. Recently I shifted my focus to GPS analysis through my doctorate studies.
