Overview

The DSI/NWU Preclinical Drug Development Platform (PCDDP) is a state-of-the-art facility situated on the Potchefstroom campus of the North-West University in South Africa. The PCDDP was established in 2011, as a national facility contributing to building a vibrant pharmaceutical industry in South Africa by functioning as a preclinical testing platform for local and international research institutions and companies involved in development of pharmaceutical drugs, vaccines, and phytomedicines.
