Background
South Africa's private and public health sectors function as complex adaptive systems. My research focuses on using a transdisciplinary approach, underpinned by principles of moral leadership, to address the challenges inherent in such systems, with particular attention to human dynamics. These issues are best examined through qualitative methodologies. Developing new models and theories in South African health systems is my preferred methodology.
