Background

After completing my Masters in 2004, I started as a lecturer for a private college in the Eastern Cape in 2004, with my main focus areas being management and secretarial. In 2005, I joined yet another private college as learning material program designer and in 2006, I was appointed as HOD for the Design department. I was appointed as an Assessor in 2010 at a corporate training company with focus areas being soft skills, management and leadership. I was promoted to the Training and Development manager in 2011 and joined the NWU as Lecturer in 2015.
